Account Management
3.1 Account Security

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount may be forfeited at account closure.

4.4 Own Payment Methods Only
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of the deposit and potential account suspension. Attempting to deposit using a payment account registered in another person's name will result in the transaction being reversed and your account being referred to the compliance team for review. Repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

In-play betting markets are available for all live cricket fixtures where real-time data feeds are operational. fy99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a live event where data integrity cannot be maintained. The settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
5.3 Live Casino Rules
All live casino games on fy99 are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing each live casino game — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — are as stated in the individual game interface and the provider's published rules. 6.4 Promotional Eligibility
fy99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer and to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions where eligibility criteria are not met or where previous conduct warrants exclusion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Prohibited Conduct

Termination of Account
11.1 Termination by fy99
fy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is identified or suspected; (c) the account fails to complete required verification procedures within a reasonable timeframe; (d) fy99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority; or (e) the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
11.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an account by fy99 for cause, any bonus balances, free bets, and promotional credits will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to fy99, unless the account was closed due to suspected fraud or financial crime, in which case balances may be withheld pending investigation and resolution.
11.3 Termination by Player
